Your Consultation

Referrals

We require a current referral letter from your GP or Specialist prior to making an appointment at Greenslopes ENT.

Referring doctors often send referral letters using Medical Objects, however we are also happy for patients to email their referral to referrals @greenslopesent.com.au.  Please ensure that you include all pages of the referral letter and put the patient’s full name in the subject line of your email.

We do endeavour to contact patients when referrals have been received, however sometimes there may be delays in us doing this when there is a greater than normal amount of referrals received.   Please feel free to call us to book your consultation appointment when you know a copy of your referral has been sent through.

It is important for patients who require review appointments over an extended period to always have a current doctor’s referral letter in order to receive Medicare benefits. We encourage patients to check the expiry date of their referral prior to making ongoing appointments.
